This is entirely false and highly misleading. 2018, I was working on a team. Per the MLS Omar Georg Maissen (811531) was the agent of record for this transaction (with whom I no longer work with). I was not a party to the lawsuit, was not named in it, or even accused of any wrongdoing. From what I understand, the seller of the home you bought who worked for the City had forged plans/documents and lied about permits. I spoke with your lawyers when you hired them, gave them everything I had, and answered all their questions. I believe that over a year later, another lawyer called me, whom I had never spoken to, and asked if I could testify in a few days. I cleared my schedule and did, even though I was not the primary agent on this transaction. I was never subpoenaed. I testified willingly and helped with their requests whenever I was contacted. never said I had forgotten the entire transaction nor claimed to have short-term memory issues.
